The next meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday 13 June 2026 at Newington Trinity Church: Priestfield.  The address is 2 Marchhall Place, Edinburgh, EH16 5HW, with entry from Dalkeith Road.  (For members, this is our usual venue under its new name.)

The meeting will last from 11.00 am until 4.00 pm.  It will include our AGM and a soup and sandwich lunch.  The speaker will be Dr Ama Addo, who will give a talk on her medical training and medical charity work in Ghana.

Approximate timetable:

11.00  Tea/coffee and informal conversation

11.30  AGM

12.45  Light lunch

  2.00  Talk by Dr Addo, followed by questions

  3.30  Close of formal meeting

  4.00  Hall cleared

Visitors are welcome.  There will be a charge of £5 per head to help offset the costs of the lunch and the hire of the hall.  This will be collected at the meeting.  Cash or cheque only, please, as we are unable to process card payments.
